2026 so far...

So far 2026 has been a year of opportunity and I'm incredibly grateful. 

In March, I delivered a relaxation session for a mum and baby group Mother's Day special. As a mum to a 3 year old, I knew how babies can be unpredictable; yet the calm ricocheted through the room. Within minutes there was not a sound.
